ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent rejecting the application filed by the petitioner seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of the private Respondents.

2. Against the order passed by the 2nd Respondent, the petitioner has got alternative remedy of revision before the District Revenue Officer. A reading of the impugned order and writ affidavit would indicate that the petitioner was afforded with opportunity. He appeared before the 2nd Respondent and his statement was recorded. Hence, there is no violation of natural justice principle or jurisdictional error. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

3. The petitioner is permitted avail alternate remedy of revision before the District Revenue Officer. In case the revision is filed with a delay, it is for the petitioner to explain the delay before the revisional authority.
