This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in paragraph No.6(b) of Crl.O.P.No. 19329 of 2024, dated 22.08.2024.

2. Both sides were heard.

3. Considering the submissions made by counsel on both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner is ordered to report before the Palayankottai Town Police station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, apart from the trial Court hearings.
