By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Heard Mr.K.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

3.The case of the petitioner is that on 05.10.2019 she has given a representation to the respondents to survey her field, which has not been considered.

4.From the pleadings as well as the typed set of papers, this Court does not find any proof to show that the petitioner has enclosed necessary documents and required fees to survey her land. Hence, this Court is unable to entertain the writ petition seeking Mandamus to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2019. If the petitioner makes proper application with requisite fees and documents, it is needless to say that the respondents shall act upon it in accordance with law within the reasonable time and survey the petitioner land.

5.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
