This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12933 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14716 of 2022 on 22.08.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
