ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of his complaint bearing no.289/2019, with respect to deletion of the name of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
third respondent permanently from the State Roll, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after conducting a detailed enquiry.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the complaint given by the petitioner against the third respondent was taken into consideration and the same was disposed of, by order in D.C.C.No.117 of 2020 dated 30.01.2021 and ultimately, the petitioner withdrew his complaint. Hence, the learned counsel submitted that there is nothing surviving for further adjudication.
3.The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4.Recording the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
