This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the crime number as Cr.No.558/2023 instead of Cr.No.538/2023 and to amend the offence as Sections 294 (b), 324, 427, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) IPC r/w. Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and to amend the satisfaction Court as the Learned Additional Mahela (Magistrate), Chengalpattu instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu in Crl.O.P.No.23435/2023.

2. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment.
