In all the C.M.A's:- For Appellant : Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy For Respondent : Mr.P.Mani C O M M O N J U D G M E N T Challenging the fair and decreetal orders passed in F.C.O.P. Nos.470, 431 and 430 of 2014 dated 01.09.2017, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals have been filed by the appellant. 2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, both the appellant and the respondent are present and the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the respondent also present. 3.Both the parties have amicably resolved their issues and filed Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 12.06.2023, duly signed by the Page 2/5

parties and their respective counsel. As part of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, the appellant has paid a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs) to the respondent as permanent alimony/full and final settlement, by Demand Draft No.026518 dated 21.04.2023 drawn on HDFC Bank, Vellore and he agreed to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs) by way of post dated cheques, towards full and final settlement of all claims of his minor child Riya. 4.In view of the above Joint Memorandum of Compromise, (i) the C.M.A.No.3273 of 2017 is allowed, thereby dismissing the order passed in F.C.O.P. No.430 of 2014 dated 01.09.2017, by dissolving the marriage held between the appellant and the respondent on 22.06.2008, at Rani Mahal Kalyana Mandapam, Officer's Line, Vellore. (ii) the C.M.A.No.3272 of 2017 is also allowed, by setting aside the order passed in F.C.O.P. No.431 of 2014 dated 01.09.2017 and (iii) the C.M.A.No.3218 of 2017 stands disposed of, in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise.

The Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 12.06.2023, shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs. Consequently connected Page 3/5
