This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order in I.A.No.65 of 2013 in O.S.No.160 of 2013 dated 26.02.2016 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main suit is disposed of by the Court below. Since the main suit itself was disposed of, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
