Registry may grant necessary permission to the witness Mr.Dhanasekaran, who has to be examined as P.W.1 before the learned Additional Master No.II to access the Court premises on 18.12.2020 in the afternoon session.

2. List the matter before the learned Additional Master No.II on 18.12.2020 for examination in Chief of the witness for the plaintiff Mr. Dhanasekaran.

3. It has to be noted that the defendant has been set ex-parte on 10.06.2015.

4. After recording the evidence, the matter may be posted before this Court on 22.12.2020.
