This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22122 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on Daily at 10.30a.m. Until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
