ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 01.07.2025 and issue an Aadhaar number/ card to the petitioner's minor daughter Ms.Yashvi Naveen, considering her academic and identification requirements in the educational institutions within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.J.Madanagopal Rao, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Mr.Rajendiran, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that, in order to secure Aadhaar of Page No.2 of 6
his minor daughter, namely Yashvi Naveen, he made three separate enrolment attempts, which were rejected without justification. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a detailed representation before the respondents on 01.07.2025. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court for appropriate orders.
4. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court, issues a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
