O R D E R
This petition is filed to call for the records in connection with the order passed by the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in C.P.No.177 of 2018 dated 10.09.2019 and quash the same and further direct the respondent management to produce the salary slips of Mrs.Gandhimathi and Mrs.Kalpana from the year 2013 to 2018 and the salary slip of January 2019 and issue such further or other appropriate orders. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the main C.P. itself was taken up for hearing and final order was passed on 10.06.2020, which is under challenge in W.P.No.13004 of 2020.
