(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) By an order dated 8th August, 2024, appellant was directed to deposit Rs.2.00 crore in two installments, Rs.1.00 crore within four weeks and second installment of Rs.1.00 crore within four weeks thereafter. After the first installment was made, this application came to be filed on 4th October, 2024. Applicant sought further eight weeks to deposit. From 4th October, 2024, eight weeks would expire on 29th November, 2024. Since we have already completed five weeks, purely by way of indulgence, we give time upto and including 29th November, 2024 to comply with the condition imposed in paragraph 11 of the order dated 8th August, 2024.

2. We make it clear if the amount is not deposited, appeal will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court with no chance of any further extension being granted.

3. By 2nd December, 2024, appellant shall file a compliance affidavit and serve copy thereof upon respondent.

4. Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
