On 06.09.2021, when the matter came up for hearing in Crl.O.P.No.16112 of 2021, this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Again the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.1178 of 2023. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
