3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Writ Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same "for admission" on 08.10.2025.
