The present Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the complaint in C.C.No.2893 of 2016 before the learned VIII Magistrate, Fast Track Court, George Town, Chennai and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled before the Lok Adalat in the year 2018 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
