Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to initiate inquiry by constituting a Disciplinary Committee, to decide the complaint dated 10.07.2023 and file the action taken report of the Disciplinary Committee before this Court.

ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.T.R.Rajagopalan, learned Senior Counsel for Ms.P.Veena Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Chandrasekharan, learned counsel for the second respondent.
2. The contention is that the petitioner has filed a complaint dated 10.07.2023 with respondents 1 and 2 against respondent 3 on the ground that respondent 3 does not possess the Law Degree to practice in the Courts.
3. Learned counsel for respondent 2 submits that cognisance of the complaint filed by the petitioner has been taken by respondents 1 and 2 and information is sought from the Bangalore University. Once that is received, further process, in accordance with law, would be undertaken expeditiously.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.32517 of 2023 is closed.
