ORDER

This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 03.12.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri through the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri and also the letter of the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri dated 05.12.2025, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in C.C.No.184 of 2018, by a period of six months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the aforesaid letter dated 03.12.2025, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in CC.No.184 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri, is hereby extended by six months from today.
