This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to include all the offences committed by the accused as such statement given by the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 while the petitioner was admitted in the hospital.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that after registration of FIR investigation has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Krishnagiri on 01.02.2025. Therefore, alteration of offenses cannot be made on the file of the respondent.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke Sections 216 and 319 of
