A.No.66 of 2023 is filed seeking to set aside the abatement in the above O.P due to the death of the respondents.

A.No.67 of 2023 is filed seeking to record the death of the respondents in the Original Petition as deceased and recognize the respondents 1 and 2 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and respondents 3 and 4 on record as legal representative of the respondents in the O.P. on the file of this Court.

2. The factum of the death has not been disputed and the legal heirs who are on record is not disputed.

Considering the fact that the Original Petition is ordered and the abatement passed is set aside, these applications are ordered, accordingly.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments indicating the death of the respondents in the Original Petition as deceased and recognize the respondents 1 and 2 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and respondents 3 and 4 on record as legal representative of the respondents in the O.P.

4. Post this case on 01.12.2023. Amended copy be filed by then.
