1. The Superintendent of Police, EOW, HQ, Chennai has appeared before this Court and he has filed a status report, dated 22.03.2024 and the said report is taken on record and his presence is also recorded.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for EOW, Chennai seeks time to get further instructions as to the action taken pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court.

3. EOW, Chennai submits that so far 280 Kgs of Gold had been mortgaged with M/s.Ruby Royal Jewellers, for which information has been received.

4. The Official Assignee submits that he has received the valuation report from the Valuer and he is going to issue advertisements for sale of the property by way of auction and he seeks time.

5. The learned senior counsel for the 7th Respondent, Federal Bank submits that he will get instructions from his client with regard to further course of action and seeks time.
