W.P.No.33021 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN , J., On a perusal of the rejection order dated 12.01.2023 passed by the District Registrar, South Madras, it is seen that one G.Pankajam approached the Civil Court with regard to the dispute between the parties. The petitioner has not impleaded the abovesaid Pankajam in the present case. Hence, this Court suo-motu impleads the said Pankajam, W/o,M.R.Gurumurthy, 21/50, Kumara Kovil Street, Thiruvarur, as 10th respondent in the present writ petition. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause list.

2. Notice to the impleaded tenth respondent returnable in four weeks. Private notice is also permitted. Affidavit of service to be filed by then.

3. List the matter after four weeks.
