It is submitted that as per the bailiff report respondents 2 and 3 in the writ petitions have vacated the premises at the last known address to the petitioner. The present applications are filed for effecting substituted service.

In light of the above, the present applications are allowed and respondents 2 and 3 in the writ petitions may be served by effecting paper publication in the Tamil Daily "Makkal Kural", Chennai edition indicating that the matters would be listed on 21.3.2024.
