ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the nd respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Trial Court in C.C.No.1 of 2014, dated 06.12.2022 against the first respondent.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the complainant in CC No.1 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Alandur, initiated under Section 138 of NI Act against the first respondent/accused. Since the accused has remained absent, a Non Bailable Warrant was issued against him on 06.12.2022. However, the said warrant has not been executed so far.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the second respondent would submit that the first respondent is not residing at the 2/4

address furnished by the petitioner and that he has already vacated the rented premises.

4. In view of the above , the petitioner is directed to furnish the present address of the accused/first respondent to the appropriate jurisdictional police. On receipt of the same, the jurisdictional police is directed to execute the warrant against the accused.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
