No.105 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Family Court, Villupuram and transfer the same to the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Pondicherry and pass such further or other orders as it may deem fit and render justice.

O R D E R

The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P. No.105 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram to the Family Court, Pondicherry.

2. Reasons for seeking the transfer are as follows:- (i) The petitioner/wife is not being maintained by the respondent/husband.

(ii) The petitioner/wife along with her sons is residing with her parents at Pondicherry.

(iii) She has to take care of her 3 year old special child and 6 year old minor son.

(iv) The distance between the Villupuram and Pondicherry is around 90 Kms.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. In the above circumstances the request for transfer appears reasonable and justified. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P. No.105 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram is withdrawn and transferred to the 2/4

file of the Family Court, Pondicherry. The presence of the respondent/husband before the Family Court, Pondicherry is dispensed with on all hearings except for adducing evidence and for counseling. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
