Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary steps to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 7 to 9 made on the "Government Prambokku Road land" Arinjar Anna Street in Survey No.285/62 of Aranvoyal Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District and restore the said road land as the original width as per the revenue records by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023 and enable the village people to access the said Arinjar Anna Street in Survey No.285/62 of Aranvoyal Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that inspection/survey was conducted on 31.05.2023 and encroachments were noticed on the subject writ property. It is further submitted that the Authorities would take further action, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
