Heard Mr. V.Raghavachari, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Sanjay Gandhi, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. T.Arunkumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 15.11.2022 issued by the First Respondent informing the Petitioner about the works to be done on the access road to the property of the Petitioner located at S. Nos. 77/2A2B, 77/1A3B and 77/2A3A2, Thamaraipakkam Village, Agaram Village, Sethupakkam Village of Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2/5

In furtherance to the order passed on 25.11.2022 by the Court, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that another letter dated 28.11.2022 has been sent to the Petitioner informing the changes to be made in the proposed works to be carried out on the road by doing repair works on one side of the road and 50% on the other part of the road would be available as access to the property of the Petitioner and after completion of works on one side, works would be taken up on other side of the road in such a manner that the road is not blocked completely, and that the said works would be completed within three months from the date of commencement of work. The First Respondent has filed a memo dated 28.11.2022 to that effect, which is placed on record.

As nothing remains for further consideration, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 28.11.2022 kv Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 05.01.2023.
