(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present Review Application has been instituted to review the order dated 25.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.7087 of 2023. Challenging the said order, a Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.38375 of 2024 has been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The said Special Leave Petition came to be dismissed by the Apex Court on 06.09.2024.
2. Pertinently, final hearing of the said writ petition in W.P.No.7087 of 2023 was taken up and a detailed order has been delivered by this Court on 24.07.2024 reported in 2024:MHC:2974. The said final order dated 24.07.2024 has also been challenged in the very same Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.38375 of 2024. When the judgment of this Court has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, entertaining a Review Application in respect of the order dated 25.03.2024 does not arise at all. That apart, the Review Applicants have not established any error apparent, warranting exercise of review power by this Court.
Accordingly, the present Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
