It appears that O.S.No.189 of 2011 which was pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Erode and in which Suit, I.A.No.432 of 2014 had been filed and in which Interlocutory Application, I.A.No.234 of 2015 had been filed and questioning the said order in I.A.No.234 of 2015, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed, itself (Original Suit) has been dismissed for default on 22.08.2017.
