Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the second respondent passed in CPO. No.2472/2001 dated 11.09.2001 and the impugned order of the first respondent passed in Letter D-392 Home Department dated 08.04.2002 and the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings No.67107/Pol.III/2003-1 dated 28.06.2004 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to fix the seniority of the petitioner reckoned from 27.03.1987 as Sub-Inspector of Police and consequently directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Inspector of Police with effect from the promotion of his juniors with all monetary and attendant benefits.
