Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.277/2023/A5, dated 29.07.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to authorize the petitioner u/s. 204 (3) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act to perform his duties contemplated in Sec. 46 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats act

and direct the 1st respondent also initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the 5th and 6th respondents for abusing their powers in passing the impugned order dated 29.07.2024.
