Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time of another period of 60 days from 31.01.2017 to make payments to the Respondents 1 to 3 and to settle the same in terms of the compromise entered and as per the Decree Judgement passed on 16.11.2016 by this Hon'ble court.
This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
It appears that compromise decree has been passed on 16.11.2016, as per which, the applicants / defendants 1 to 5 are required to make payments to the plaintiff. It is seen that the time of 60 days has provided for this payment.
2.The present application is taken out by the defendants 1 to 5 to extend a further time by another 60 days commencing from 31.01.2017. 3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff has not logged in, but, at the end, this application has become infructuous even if there is legitimacy in filing it. 4.This application stands dismissed accordingly.
