This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records related to FIR in Crime No.487 of 2024, dated 21.08.2024 on the file of the first Respondent and quash the same as against the petitioners herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.487 of 2024, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 01.12.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20230002823C202400194 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
