Respondent Nos. 7 to 10 have been served and their names are also printed in the cause list. Hence, service is deemed to be complete. However, there is no representation on their behalf.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the civil miscellaneous petition and in view of "No objection" expressed by the respective learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and 11 to 15, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
