[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing first respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.10.2019 in Complaint SR No.17937/2019 and pass orders expeditiously within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents. Perused the materials on record.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is a resident of Tiruppur. Petitioner's father expired ten years back and he is residing with his mother and two sisters. Petitioner is carrying out the process of engaging the youngsters of Tiruppur in various games and sports. While so, on 05.09.2019, fourth respondent came to petitioner's residence and threatened his mother demanding his surrender in connection with an alleged case, without divulging any details. Police officials are harassing the petitioner for no fault on his part. Hence, petitioner preferred a complaint before the first respondent/Tamil Nadu State Human Rights Commission on 10.10.2019. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that petitioner's complaint was closed vide order dated 20.11.2019 and a copy thereof has also been produced.

5. This Court has considered the rival submissions.

6. On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, this Court finds that the petitioner has made vague and bald allegations. The order passed by the Tamil Nadu State Human Rights Commission dated 20.11.2019 reads thus: 'The allegation in the complaint is vague and the complaint does not disclose any specific violation of human rights by public authority. As such not entertainable under Regulations 9(a) & 9 (f) of the State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu (Procedure) Regulations 1997. Hence, the complaint is closed.' This Court, absolutely, finds no infirmity in the order passed by first respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
