This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11629 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12430 of 2023 to appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English Calendar month at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
