ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of the property comprised in Old Survey No.15/3 (New Survey No 25/4) and Old Survey No 24/2 (New Survey No. 16/8) situated at Thinnanoornaadu Village, Kollimalai Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 07.07.2025 and 31.07.2025 respectively.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased a property comprised in S.No.15/3, to an extent of 50 cents out of 3 acre 03 cents and S.No.24/2 to an extent of 13 cents out of 73 cents at Thinnanoornaadu Village, Kollimalai Taluk, Namakkal District from one 2/6
Mr.S.Jayapaul. Since, there was no proper boundaries, the petitioner submitted an online application dated 07.07.2025 and 31.07.2025, respectively before the respondents to measure and demarcate the boundaries of his property along with requisite fee. However, the said online applications were not considered, as on date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's online applications dated 07.07.2025 and 31.07.2025 to survey the property and demarcate the boundaries.
5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's online applications dated 07.07.2025 and 31.07.2025 would be considered and orders passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the 3/6
materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries in respect of aforesaid petitioner's property, after giving due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in case of any obstruction being created by third parties, the second respondent is at liberty to approach the Police officials, in which case, the Police officials shall render assistance to the second respondent to carry out the aforesaid exercise.
8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
