ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this writ petition questioning the impugned proceedings of the 7th respondent calling upon the petitioner to vacate and remove encroachments made in the public street.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no encroachment as alleged by the respondents in the public street because he is the lawful owner of the property.

3. Though the petitioner claims to be in lawful occupation, he is not able to produce any documents in support of his claim. Hence, we do not find any

ground to entertain this writ petition. The writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.31928 and 31929 of 2022 are closed.
