This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.52 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.52 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(ii) and 34 of IPC. After investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-V, Puducherry and the same is yet to be numbered.
