2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submits that investigation is on and some of the witnesses been summoned under Section 41A of Cr.P.C for appearance. The Investigation will be completed within a period of three months from today.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed with a direction to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months.
