This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the Crime No.215 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case in Crime No.215 of 2017 has been taken on file in C.C.No.7764 of 2018 by the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and the same has been ended in acquittal on 24.09.2021 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
