The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 86 of BNS r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks 1/3
anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending and if the petitioner is cooperate with the investigation, there is no need to apprehension of arrest,
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to report before the respondent police on receipt of summon and cooperate for the investigation. If the petitioner cooperate with the enquiry, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of two weeks from today. No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner unless and until any serious cognizable offence is made out.
