ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one Ilayaraja and
Nilavarasan had been threatening the petitioner stating that the petitioner has to pay Rs.10,00,000/- to them. On the basis of the said complaint, the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, this petition.
3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no FIR or petition enquiry pending against the petitioner. On the other hand, the petitioner gave a complaint against the said Ilayaraja and Nilavarasan alleging that they are threatening him to pay Rs.10,00,000/-. The respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that there is no FIR or petition enquiry pending against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no order needs to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary. 13.03.2023 mn Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To
