The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 118(2) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioners and only CSR No.1208 of 2015 is pending, regarding the dispute between the families of the brothers.

Considering the submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction for the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and to cooperate in the enquiry proceedings. If the petitioners cooperate with the enquiry, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of two weeks from today.
