O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8 and 9 of POCSO Act r/w 351 BNS, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petition for anticipatory bail by Maths Teacher apprehending 1/4

arrest for the offence under Sections 8 and 9 of POCSO Act r/w 351 BNS Act . After awareness camp by the Child Welfare Department, the students of the Government School had come out with their bad experience at the hands of this petitioner who is taking mathematics subject for them.

3. The statement of the children indicates that this petitioner had used Hi-Tech Projector to screen nude female body under the guise of explaining parts of the body and also sexually harassed the minor children inappropriately. The statements of the victim children indicates that the petitioner been in habit of sexually harassing the children.

4. Considering the nature of the complaint, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
