Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Refusal Slip of Impugned Order in Serial No.RFL/Dharmapuri West/Book 2/9 dated 08.08.2025 on the file of the third respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to register the pending Document bearing No.P33/2025 dated 16.07.2025 of the petitioner.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of Refusal Slip dated 08.08.2025 by the third respondent.
2. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that as 2/4
against the aforesaid impugned order, an appeal remedy is very much available to the petitioner under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908. However, without availing the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Hence, he prayed for appropriate orders.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Since an appeal remedy is very much available to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order, within a period of thirty days (30) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
