Ms.K.Sumathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that O.P.No.3792 of 2014 was disposed of by an order of VI Additional Family Court on 30.06.2023. Therefore, the civil miscellaneous petition becomes infructuous as the order of stay in I.A.No.165 of 2014 itself was pending disposal of the O.P.

Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
