When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he could not contact his client and sought time to get instructions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.On 04.03.2021, when the matter came up for hearing, it was recorded that the petitioner had passed away and the petitioner's counsel sought time to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner. But, till now, no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any more. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
