This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 2 & 3 herein from proceeding with the E-Tender process with regard to Tender Ref: ROC.No.263/2017/R6 dated 17.03.2017 without including the petitioner's bid submitted by M/s.Surya Industries and further direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's bid afresh before making a final decision with regard to Technical Bid. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the E-Tender process is of the year 2017, now nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.

Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
