This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.7(b) imposed by this Court dated 31.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26332 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
